JIL5 Terms and Conditions – Know the Rules Before You Play

1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

Welcome to JIL5. By accessing jil5.best or creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines. These documents form the complete agreement between you and JIL5.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not use JIL5 in any capacity. Continued use of our platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. Walang exception dito — your continued play means you're on board.

• You must not be a JIL5 employee, contractor, affiliate, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not currently be under a self-exclusion agreement or any gambling restriction imposed by any licensed gaming authority.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

JIL5 takes eligibility checks seriously. We conduct age verification and identity checks as part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Providing false information to bypass these checks is a serious violation that will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all account balances. Huwag subukan — it's not worth it.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each individual may hold only one (1) JIL5 account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, JIL5 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any pending or completed transactions.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. Do not share your password, OTP, or login details with anyone — not even someone claiming to be a JIL5 staff member. We will never ask for your password.

• Use a strong, unique password and enable any available two-factor authentication.
• Notify JIL5 immediately at support@jil5.best if you suspect unauthorized access.
• JIL5 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access due to your negligence in protecting your credentials.
• Account ownership is non-transferable. You may not sell, gift, or assign your JIL5 account to another person.

Full KYC verification — including a valid government-issued ID — may be required before processing withdrawals or if any suspicious activity is detected on your account.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on JIL5 are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). Accepted payment methods include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

• Minimum deposit: ₱100 per transaction (may vary by payment method).
• Minimum withdrawal: ₱500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days after identity verification is complete.
• JIL5 does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals, but your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.
• Funds must only be deposited from accounts registered in your own name. Third-party funding is not allowed.
• Any deposits identified as coming from illegal sources will be frozen and reported to the appropriate authorities.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

JIL5 regularly offers bonuses, welcome packages, cashback, and other promotional incentives. All promotional offers are subject to their own specific terms, which will be published alongside each promotion. In case of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms take precedence over these general Terms and Conditions.

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. Typical requirements range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount.
• Wagering must be completed within the time period specified in each promotion — expired bonuses are automatically forfeited.
• JIL5 reserves the right to withhold or cancel any bonus if fraudulent activity or abuse is detected.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is considered fraud and will result in permanent banning.
• Free bets and free spin credits cannot be transferred and hold no cash value unless converted through qualifying gameplay.

6. Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

All games available on JIL5 — including poker, roulette, Color Game, basketball betting, boxing betting, PBA betting, and virtual sports — operate under their own specific game rules, which are available within each game interface or product page.

JIL5 uses a certified, independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure that all casino game outcomes are fair and unpredictable. Odds for sports and virtual sports markets are set by our team and may change until the event commences. Once a bet is confirmed, odds are locked in for that transaction.

• All bets are final once confirmed. JIL5 does not accept cancellation requests after a bet is placed.
• JIL5 reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious technical errors, mispriced odds, or system failures.
• In the event of a disputed result, JIL5's decision — based on review of game logs and available evidence — is final.
• Winnings are credited to your account balance immediately after a game result is confirmed.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on JIL5. Violations may result in immediate account suspension, permanent banning, and legal action where warranted:

• Using bots, automated software, scripts, or any artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with games.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in poker and multiplayer games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for personal gain. Any winnings obtained this way will be voided.
• Money laundering or using JIL5 to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting your age during KYC verification.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, threatening behavior, or abusive language toward JIL5 staff or other players.
• Attempting to hack, interfere with, or disrupt the JIL5 platform or its underlying systems.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

JIL5 is committed to protecting your personal information in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173). By using our platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in our full Privacy Policy.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

JIL5 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice if we determine — in our sole discretion — that a violation of these Terms and Conditions has occurred or is suspected.

• In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, the account balance may be frozen pending investigation.
• Players who are found to be underage will have their accounts closed and all funds returned to the original deposit source (less any bonus amounts used).
• You may request voluntary account closure by contacting our support team. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned after identity verification.
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 months may be classified as dormant. A monthly maintenance fee may apply after 13 months of inactivity.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Philippine law, JIL5 shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the JIL5 platform, even if JIL5 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

This includes but is not limited to: loss of gambling funds resulting from system downtime, connectivity issues on your end, third-party payment failures, or unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials. JIL5 strives for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of its services.

12. Amendments to These Terms

JIL5 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will post a notice on jil5.best and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes affecting player rights, we may also send an email notification to your registered address.
